Jussie Smollett Responds to City of Chicago's Request to Be Paid Back for Assault Investigation

Jussie Smollett is not planning to pay back the city of Chicago for the investigation into his alleged assault, according to his legal team. After the city demanded the 36-year-old Empire actor reimburse them for the $130,000 spent investigating his alleged attack, his lawyer Marc Geragos issued a response in a letter to the department
